V statique et V dynamique sur Robot

bonjour , j'ai calculé le V statique et jlé multiplié par 80% mais avec quoi je dois le comparer pour voir s'il est inférieur ?? 

SVp veuillez me montrer avec une photo prise du Robot pour que sa soit clair
