j'ai un problème de ferraillage poteaux ?? AIDE MOI !!!

je vérifier  LA SÉCURITÉ selon le rpa 2003 tout est bien

des poteaux de 40*40 avec ferraillage 12d16  (4*4) marche pas pk???
