bonjour alikoum

je represente le maître d'ouvrage dune structure en charpente metallique dont un bet a fait l'étude gc

le projet est en exécution mais il ya un conflit entre lentreprise et le le maitre d'oeuvre(bet) concernant la prepartion des plans de fabrication de la CM 

qui est responsable de faire ces plans ?? Le bet ou l'entreprise qui a dit quil va faire des plans datliers suivant les plans de fabrication du bet ???
