j'ai une question concerne le béton précontraint

de quoi désigne les contraintes suivantes

1/ La contrainte au centre de gravité des armatures due à l’action des charges permanentes

existantes à la mise en tension et à l’action de la précontraint

2/ La contrainte supplémentaire apportée par les actions permanentes
