slt mes frères

j'ai fait un plan d'architecture pour un client , il s'agit d'une habitation en R+2+ sous sol d'une surface de 90m² emprise au sol et un terrain de 150m²

la question est comment j'estime mon travail , sur quel base je lui facture mon effort
