le contrainte fourni par le labo. "segma sol" c la contrainte du sol a ELU ou ELS??

    la contrainte qui est fourni pas l'etude du sol est la contrainte a ELS, la contrainte a ELU tu l'obtient en multipliant sigm'S' (ELS) par 3/2 (1,5), c'est comme pour le chargement quand tu calcul le poids d'une structure 'G' c'est a ELS est pour l'ELU c'est '1.35G'
