j'ai un structure R+2 et j'ai trouve un excentricite ex0=1.36     ey0=3.96

esq l'excentricite est acceptable!

et comment en  vérifier l'excentricite!

    ah je pense que c'est un peu bezzaf pour cette excentricité, vous devez revoir soit le contreventement ( la disposition des voiles) soit essayé de supprimé les décrochements plan pour faire diminuer l'excentricité

    lorsque on dit une excentricité de 3.09 ou 9m ou 0.25 c'est par rapport à quoi?

    3m c'est petit par rapport à 60m, mais c'est important devant 10m
