Comparaison Descente de charge [CBS / Manuelle]

Bonjour, j'ai fait une descente de charges manuellement et sur CBS mais j'ai pas trouvé les memes résultats, 

Merci de vérifier avec moi.

- Les données :

-) Poteaux : 25x25
-) Poutres : (chargée : 20x30) / (non chargée : 20x20)
-) Hauteur d'étage : 3m
-) Surface de plancher = 4x4 = 16 m²
-) Charge permanente = 0.25 T/m²
-) Charge d'exploitation = 0.15 T/m²
-) Charge linéaire = 0.58 T/m
