Dimensionnement D'un Poteau en forme de L

Bonjour à tous. Je voulais savoir comment on dimensionne un Poteau ayant une forme de L  et meme savoir comment on le pré-dimensionne ?  Lle fait-on comme tous les poteaux en Béton armé ou cela comporte t-il des spécificités ?

    C'est la même méthode suivie pour un poteau classique en béton armé.

    Cependant,il faut bien savoir comment disposer les armatures verticales et celles de l'effort tranchant.
