bonjour

je cherche à calculer le ferraillage d'une poutre carrée sollicitée en flexion déviée.

je vous joins un extrait du traité de béton armé de monsieur Perchat car je ne comprends pas la valeur de l'effort de compression élémentaire...

D'ou vient la valeur "2" soulignée dans l'extrait?
