Fréquence de coupure 33Hz

Bonjour tout le monde ,

 

on dit dans l'analyse dynamique qu'il ne faut pas depasser la fréquence dite de coupure (33hz) ceci pour ne pas avoir des amplifications dynamique , j'aimerai bien savoir d'où on a la valeur 33 HZ.
