moi je vien de le télécharger le pdf  et pour cela :

1/crée un compte sur le site

2/utiliser le navigateur firefox et non chrome

3/click au dessus "voir le fichier"

4/puis click sur "télécharger le fichier" atender 60seconde puis le téléchargement ce lance
