Coefficient d'amortissement en analyse modale sur RSA

Bonsoir chère communauté. 

J'ai une question concernant un coefficient dynamique à entrer en analyse modale dans Robot Structural Analysis (voir photo jointe).

Quelle est la définition de ce paramètre ? et d'où et comment le calculer ?

Pour le réglement parasismique utilisé c'est le RPS 2011 Marocain.
