Voici la situation: je suis supposé dimensionner un poteau qui est soumis, en dehors de son poids propres, à uniquement de la flexion(effort radial exercé par la poussée des eaux, aucun effort axial). Je suis étudiant ingénieur en génie mécanique et non en génie civil, j'ai donc les livres et internet comme seule ressource, mais je n'ai pas trouvé la réponse à ce problème: Les livres parlent de poteaux en traction/compression ou de poutre en flexion, mais jamais de poteau en flexion. Je me demandais donc si j'avais le droit, en étant conforme aux eurocodes, de dimensionner mon poteau comme s'il s'agissait d'une poutre? Si non, comment faire??? Encore une fois Merci !
