En effet j'ai un client qui vient d'acheter une maison et il existe une poutre apparente au milieu de l'escalier qu'il souhaite supprimer. Le problème qui se pose est que je ne sais pas du tout à quoi servait la poutre. Est ce qu'on l'avait mis pour reprendre une mezzanine ou combles ou un autre niveau ou elle servait de tirant pour les murs de façades? Et lui aussi n'est pas en mesure de me fournir des plans ou plus d'informations à part les photos en pièces jointes. Pourriez-vous me donner votre avis sur le rôle que joue la poutre?
